Our food
- Is Fatima’s Grill halal?
- Yes. Everything we serve is halal — the entire menu, at every one of our locations. That has been true since we opened in California in 2015.
- What kind of food is Mexican and Mediterranean fusion?
- It is exactly what it sounds like: two food cultures on one menu, and often in the same dish. You will find birria and asada tacos, California burritos and quesadillas alongside beef shawarma, chicken kabob, hummus, falafel and Mediterranean rice — plus mash-ups like our shawarma crunch wraps and Hot Cheetos quesadillas.
- What is the Hot Cheetos burrito?
- Our Signature Hot Cheetos Asada Burrito — asada, onions, cilantro, beans, cheese, sour cream, guacamole and rice, wrapped up with Hot Cheetos, nacho cheese and mozzarella. It is the dish that first got us noticed on Instagram and TikTok, and it is still our most talked-about item.
- Are there vegetarian options?
- Yes. Falafel is on the menu, and our catering range includes a falafel platter with rice, fattoush, hummus and pita, plus a mac and cheese platter. Full ingredients for every item are listed when you order online.
Ordering
- How do I order online?
- Choose your location on our order page, then build your order from that shop’s menu. You can order for pickup or delivery, depending on what your local shop offers, and you can schedule an order for later instead of ordering right away.
- Do you deliver?
- Delivery is available from our shops that offer it. Pick delivery on the order page and enter your address — you will then see which locations can deliver to you.
- Can I order ahead for a specific time?
- Yes. When you place an order online you can choose to have it as soon as possible or schedule it for a later time.
- Do you sell gift cards?
- Yes. You can buy a Fatima’s Grill digital gift card online and send it by email or text, and redeem gift cards you have received at checkout.
Locations and hours
- Where are your locations?
- We have shops in Long Beach, Downey, Garden Grove and Los Angeles (Downtown and Sunset Blvd) in California, Brooklyn in New York, Cleveland in Ohio, and Livonia in Michigan. Each location has its own page with the address, phone number and opening hours.
- Which locations are open late?
- Our Brooklyn shop is open until 1am on weeknights and 3am on Fridays and Saturdays. Cleveland and Downey run until 1am on weeknights and 2am on weekends. Check your location’s page for its exact hours.
- Is Fatima’s Grill open on Sundays?
- Yes, all of our locations are open seven days a week. Sunday hours vary by shop, so check the page for your location.
Catering, rewards and more
- Do you cater events?
- Yes. We offer halal catering trays — large trays suit parties of around 25 and medium trays parties of around 15. Options include street birria tacos, taco bars, chicken kabob or beef shawarma, gourmet wraps, gyro shawarma, falafel and mac and cheese. Send us the details of your event and we will put together a quote.
- Do you have a rewards programme?
- Yes. Our rewards programme gives you 10% cash back in Fatimas Bucks on every order, which you can put towards future orders. You can also collect and spend them through our iOS and Android app.
- Can I open a Fatima’s Grill franchise?
- We do take franchise enquiries. Fill in the form on our franchise page with your details and location, and our team will get back to you.
